Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Vector Veda retains ownership of its platform, methods, branding, code frameworks, design systems, and pre-existing materials. Project-specific deliverables may be transferred or licensed according to the applicable client agreement.

Our services may rely on third-party tools, APIs, hosting providers, analytics providers, or other infrastructure. We are not responsible for downtime, policy changes, or losses caused solely by third-party platforms outside our control.

If you purchase services from us, fees, payment schedules, deliverables, revisions, and other commercial terms will be defined separately. Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of service.
